Ayla Selamoglu is an Australian psychiatrist and researcher specializing in psychiatry, neuroscience, and psychedelic medicine. She earned a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where her research examined cannabis use and cognitive functioning in young people. She later contributed to Cambridge’s pioneering psychedelic research, focusing on treatments for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her current work combines psychedelic science, drug discovery, and artificial intelligence, including the development of AI-driven approaches to mental healthcare.

Robert Kehres is an entrepreneur, fund manager, and quantitative trader with a background spanning finance, technology, and investment management. Educated at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford, he began his career at the hedge fund LIM Advisors before becoming a quantitative trader at J.P. Morgan. He subsequently founded several ventures, including 18 Salisbury Capital, Origin Markets, Dynamify, Yoho, KOTH Gaming, and Longshanks Capital, where he focuses on systematic equity derivatives trading and quantitative investment strategies.
